At Chosi & Co, each piece is made with precision and crafted specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we have the following return guidelines:

Returns

Because most items are made-to-order or customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will gladly offer:

• A replacement
  or

• A full refund (if replacement is not possible)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
